1. Select Start and choose All Programs.
2. From the list of available programs open the Accessories folder and select Snipping Tool.
3. Left-click and drag to select the portion of your screen that you want to capture as an image.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Save icon.
   
5. Within the Save As dialog box, enter a name and select Save to create the screenshot as an image.
