The Special Edition (Trial) version of our software provides a sample of our software's abilities. These grayed out options show you some of the additional features which are available in the purchased version.

Follow the Steps below to get the Save As dialog box.

1. Select Start and choose the Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Windows folder.
3. Double-click the Temp folder.
   

   Note: If you are prompted to get rights to this folder then you did not have access to it previously. Please get rights to this folder.

4. Double-click the PDFC folder and verify it is empty.
5. Try to save the PDF document again.

Save icon does not work.

Some PDF documents are created with security restrictions which prevent you from saving the document to your computer.
