Convert Hyperlinks or Bookmarks

Are you trying to:

- Include Hyperlinks in a PDF document?

- Include Bookmarks in a PDF document?

Create Hyperlinks or Bookmarks within a PDF document.

Note: Currently, the PDF tab is only available on 32-bit versions of Microsoft Office.

  1. Open the document you want to convert into a PDF.
  2. Click the PDF tab.
  3. Tip: If you do not see the PDF tab, the Microsoft add-in has been disabled or you are using a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office.
    Click here to Enable Microsoft Add-Ins

  4. Select the Save as PDF icon
  5. Within the PDF Complete Document Creation Options dialog box, enter a name and select Save to create a new PDF document with working hyperlinks or bookmarks.
