You are getting our watermarks on a PDF document because:
- You received a document from a 3rd party with the watermark on it.
- You are using an expired trial or demo version of PDF Complete software.
- You are using an un-activated version of PDF Complete software.
- You are using an incorrectly installed version of PDF Complete software.
After your trial has expired our watermark appears in the to left-hand corner of newly created PDF documents. The watermark becomes a permanent part of the document.
To resolve this issue, re-create the PDF documents from the original documents using a purchased version of our software or another company's software.
Received a PDF from a 3rd Party
The document in question was created with expired PDF Complete software. You can contact the document's creator to request that they recreate the document with a purchased version of our software or another company's software.
